1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "at77," "we," "us," "our" refers to the at77 platform and its operating entity, which holds international gaming licences and provides online casino and sports betting services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the at77 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the at77 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible via at77.biz.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency on the at77 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount credited to a player's account by at77 as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a player must bet the value of bonus funds before those funds or derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the at77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the at77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Eligibility

• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion that you have placed on your own at77 account.

4. Account Registration

To access at77's betting and gaming services, you must register a player account on the platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. at77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided at registration at any time.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with at77 at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. at77 employs technical and analytical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances will be reviewed for potential forfeiture, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your at77 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. at77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify at77 support immediately via live chat if you believe your account credentials have been compromised. at77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4.3 Account Currency

All at77 player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). at77 does not maintain multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wager settlements, bonus credits, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. Players transacting via international payment instruments such as Visa or Mastercard may be subject to currency conversion by their issuing bank, which is outside at77's control.

5. Deposits & Payments

at77 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed on the at77 deposit page at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• at77 does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment method. Any charges levied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits made to at77 are credited to player accounts promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes.
• at77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any deposit exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Funds deposited into your at77 account are held in a designated player funds account and are not used for at77's operational purposes.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on at77 are subject to the following conditions. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific availability.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

at77 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval confirmation. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are subject to standard inter-bank processing timelines which may extend to 3–5 business days.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• at77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing timelines.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed on the at77 withdrawal page.
• at77 may reject a withdrawal request if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal fees are not charged by at77. Fees levied by your bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the player.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

at77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and may only be used for wagering purposes until all wagering requirements are met.
• at77 applies a maximum bet limit during active bonus wagering. Bets exceeding this limit placed while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• at77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• at77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the promotional system, including through the creation of duplicate accounts or the use of third-party payment methods.
• Bonus expiry periods are stated per offer. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements after expiry result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on at77 — including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and all other gaming products — are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time of play. General betting rules applicable to all at77 products are set out below.

• Once placed and confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player, except in circumstances where at77's specific product rules permit it (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• at77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where it determines that the market was offered in error, where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical malfunction, or where the outcome of the event was known to the player at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a system malfunction or technical error that affects the integrity of a game or wager, at77 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players.
• at77 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such decisions.
• All cricket betting markets are subject to at77's cricket-specific rules, including rules on match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, reduced-over games, and weather interruptions.
• Live casino games use real dealers and physical equipment. Results are final once the dealing round is completed and accepted by the player on-screen.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the at77 platform. at77 reserves all rights to take enforcement action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities, against any player found to engage in prohibited conduct.

• Registering more than one account on at77 under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any communication with at77.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your at77 account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the at77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of at77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any at77 platform content for any commercial purpose without at77's prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data

at77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at at77.biz/privacy-policy. By using the at77 platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. Key data processing activities include account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement.

at77 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketing entities. Data shared with payment processors and KYC verification partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for those services. at77 applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

12. Responsible Gaming

at77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligation to protect players from the harms of problem gambling seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

at77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." at77 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits at77's liability for death or personal injury caused by at77's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

at77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; chargeback activity; abuse of promotional offers; or conduct that at77 determines to be harmful to the integrity of its platform or other players.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting at77 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance in the account (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

15. Amendments to Terms

at77 may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, at77 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account prior to the amendment taking effect. Updated Terms will be published at at77.biz/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. 16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through at77's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by at77's licensing authority.
